  • Through the new website process you are now able to book with me online. The process is intended to go like this:

    • You visit the website

    • Click on the “Submit Your Idea” header

    • Fill out all the required forms on that page

    • Click submit

    After you click submit I will be notified of your tattoo idea/reference/etc. If it’s a project I want to take on (99% of the time this is going to be a yes) I will then approve your design and you will get a link to my available dates. Once you pick a date and time you will be prompted to pay a small deposit in order to hold your appointment. That’s it, simple as can be.

  • CollaborativeAt Deez Ink, pricing is based on the tattoo itself rather than charging strictly by the hour. Factors such as size, placement, level of detail, and whether the tattoo is black and grey or full color all help determine the final price.

    My goal has always been to provide high-quality, professional tattoo work at a fair and reasonable price. I genuinely enjoy tattooing and creating custom artwork for people, and I believe great tattoos should still be accessible. In many cases, my pricing is considerably lower than what you may find at other studios in the area. For larger-scale projects such as sleeves or back pieces, I typically charge a set session rate., honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving.

  • Yes. I provide the aftercare products needed to help your tattoo heal properly, along with detailed instructions to make the healing process as smooth as possible.

    There are currently two aftercare options available depending on the style of healing you prefer. For more traditional or “old school” aftercare, I provide individual packets of A&D ointment to help get you through the first crucial healing days.

    The second option — and generally my preferred method — is healing with Saniderm Flex bandages. If we choose this method, the initial Saniderm bandage will be applied at the studio, and you’ll also be sent home with a second replacement piece to apply after the first 24 hours. Many clients find this method more comfortable and convenient, while also helping protect the tattoo during the early healing stages.

  • My personal favorite style of tattooing has always been black and grey work, especially detailed linework and geometric-inspired designs. I enjoy creating tattoos with strong contrast, clean flow, and lasting detail.

    More recently, I’ve also really been enjoying traditional-style tattoos with bold outlines and timeless designs. There’s something special about the simplicity, readability, and longevity that comes with strong traditional tattoo work.

    That said, I’m comfortable working across a wide variety of styles and am always happy to create vibrant color pieces as well. No matter the style, my goal is always the same — to create a custom tattoo you’ll be proud to wear for life.

  • Scheduling can vary depending on the time of year and current workload, but I’m typically booked a couple of weeks in advance. Cancellations do happen from time to time though, which means there’s often a chance to move appointments up sooner than originally expected. With the new online booking option, after you send me your design, and I review and approve it, you’ll be able to pick from my open availability in real time and lock in your date.

  • Yes. The studio minimum is $60, which covers setup time, supplies, and preparation for your appointment. Even with that minimum in place, my pricing remains very competitive compared to many other studios in the area.

  • With the new booking option on the website, after the design has been approved you will receive an e-mail to book on my schedule. In order to lock-in your appointment at that time, I will require a $60.00 deposit to hold the spot. The deposit will go toward your overall price of the tattoo if you show up as scheduled. If you don’t show, the deposit is forfeited. I understand things do come up from time to time and if you do need to cancel, and provide me a minimum of 48 hours notice, I will happily return your deposit or shift it to a new appointment window.

    I do ask clients to respect the time set aside for their appointment, especially when extensive design work has gone into creating a custom piece.

  • Not necessarily. I’m always happy to meet face-to-face if you’d prefer an in-person consultation, but many tattoo ideas and planning discussions can easily be handled online or through email.

  • No. Wisconsin law does not allow anyone under the age of 18 to receive a tattoo, even with parental consent. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all tattoo appointments to verify age and identity.

  • Because I already work hard to keep my pricing fair and affordable, I generally do not negotiate tattoo prices. Every quote is carefully considered based on the artwork, time involved, and overall project scope.

  • Yes. I stand behind the quality of my work and offer free touch-ups on tattoos completed at Deez Ink for up to one year after the original appointment, provided proper aftercare instructions were followed.

    That said, touch-ups are intended to correct genuine healing issues or small areas where ink may not have settled properly — not simply to refresh a tattoo that already healed well.

    It’s also important to understand that hand and finger tattoos naturally experience more wear due to constant use and exposure. Because of that, touch-ups are much more common with those areas and may require a minimum setup fee for future maintenance.

  • Yes, I do. However, these types of tattoos are highly visible and should always be carefully considered beforehand. While tattoos have become far more accepted over the years, visible placements can still affect professional settings and first impressions depending on career paths and lifestyles.

    I want clients to make decisions they’ll feel confident about long-term, so I encourage thoughtful consideration before committing to highly visible tattoos.
